FBISD's 2017-18 Year-End Issue

The start of the 2017-18 school year was certainly an eventful one, with the District-wide closure of campuses due to Hurricane Harvey and the relocation of students and staff from two campuses. In spite of it all, our students and staff continued to shine, demonstrating the true attributes of FBISD's Profile of a Graduate. As with any given school year, we have much to celebrate and are extremely proud of the many accomplishments of our students, staff and District. Included in this issue are a few of our "Points of Pride" from the 2017-18 school year. You'll read about our 2018 H-E-B Excellence in Education award, highlights of our Board of Trustees, student achievements, and more.

In addition to presenting our "Points of Pride," we would also like to share a few current District news items and reminders. For more news, visit the FBISD website at www.fortbendisd.com.
