What does it mean for a church to grow? Part of our Vision 2020 is to grow spiritually and numerically – but what does that look like?
This weekend, our church council will meet for several hours to talk about four questions regarding church growth. Those are:
- Why do we want to grow our congregation?
- What will be our hospitality and welcome strategy?
- What will be our invitation strategy?
- How can we make worship support church growth?
I ask your prayers for the council as we discuss these questions, because one thing we know for sure is that we will only grow if we are guided by the Spirit of God!
God be good to you!
Pastor Steve Timm
