Equine Industry Impact Survey

As we come to understand and adapt to the temporary restrictions due to COVID-19 pandemic, we want to play our role in supporting the care of both our human and equine members during this stressful time.

As such, we ask that you complete the survey to the best of your ability.  No MANDATORY personal or financial information will be asked of you.

The information we are gathering will help us to create a confidential database to be used in the event of an emergency at an equine facility whereby the basic needs of equines may not be met.

Thank you for taking the time to help us help you. We share in your concern and your passion for your equine partner and the equestrian community.
