Big thanks to Martin & Billy Ferron Goodwin for a delicious meat-up grill extravaganza at our last TRIBE Shabbat Yoga & Potluck. Martin & Billy powerfully shared teachings about the attribute of chesed, loving kindness. We talked about deeds we do and ways we live chesed. Loved being with you all.
Upcoming - Shavuot. Get ready to eat cheesecake and consider ways in which Torah nourishes and sustains us. For those of you counting the omer, counting up to Shavuot, this is the home stretch. We are in the week of yesod, foundation, and next week is all about malchut, dignity and nobility. Omer discoveries? Tell me.
In honor of Shavuot, join me for Torah study on May 19th. I know it's early but I promise, it will wake you up! Also, come to Shvitz, especially if you've never done prayers on your yoga mat. It's enlivening. We're on our summer Shvitz schedule below.
