Miami Bridge proudly welcomes Marco Lopez, CPA as the newest member of its Board of Directors.

Mr. Lopez is the Senior Auditor of Prager Metis CPA's, LLC where he specializes in providing audit, tax and other financial services to clients in a range of industries.
 
An active member of the community, Mr. Lopez currently serves as a member of United Way Audit Committee and The Cuban American CPA Association. He is also an affiliate of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a member the Alzheimer's Association.


We welcome Marco to the Miami Bridge team and look forward to benefiting from the knowledge and experience he brings as we continue to execute our organization's mission!
Miami Bridge Recreation Day

Are you interested in playing basketball, volleyball, soccer, pool, ping pong, cards, dominoes or other board games with our youth?

Join us for our Recreation Day event. We ask for a $5 donation, which will cover lunch for everyone.

Miami Bridge was proud to host a daytime welcome reception with Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Secretary, Christina K. Daly, and special guest, Florida Network Youth and Family Services CEO, Stacy Gromatski on Tuesday, May 1st. A light lunch was served to help kick start Mental Health Awareness Month with a meaningful conversation about the importance of supporting positive youth development programs and services with prominent community leaders.

BRIDGE KIDS VISIT HOMESTEAD'S SEMINOLE THEATRE
Lights, Camera, Action! Step into the studio with our Bridge Kids . Thank you to the staff at Seminole Theatre for taking the time to teach our youth about the film and theatre industry. Our teens got a chance to be actors as well as get behind of the camera.
MIAMI BRIDGE TEAM TAKES ON THE MERCEDES-BENZ CORPORATE RUN
The M iami Bridge team had a blast taking part in the annual Miami Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run presented by Turkish Airlines. This marks the third year our organization has participated in the race. More than 28,000 participants showed up to race. The team had a w onderful afternoon together and were proud to cross the finish line of one of the largest 5K races in the nation! 
CINCO DE MAYO CELEBRATION AT
THE BRIDGE
Cinco de Mayo 2018 occurred on Saturday, May 5th. A relatively minor holiday in Mexico, in the United States Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a commemoration of Mexican culture and heritage. C inco De Mayo at our Homestead campus was spent learning flavorful Mexican recipes and working together to create a lunch everyone could take part in!
MIAMI BRIDGE TAKES PART IN ProjectArt
ProjectArt by Miami-Dade County and the Miami-Dade Public Librar y provides our youth the opportunity to grow, learn and excel in a creative environment thanks to their free art classes taking place at different local library branches in Miami. Our Bridge Kids had fun expressing themselves on paper and learning some art techniques.
SoulCycle Success! Thank you to Samantha Lendl and the SoulCycle Brickell studio for riding to benefit Miami Bridge. We are in awe by your fundraising creativity and motivation to assist our mission to help neglected youth in the South Florida community! Thank you to everyone who participated in this weekend’s Miami Bridge Charity Ride.
