This Sunday in Worship --  April 19, 2020

Scripture for Sunday:
John 20:19-31
Sermon title:
"Afraid. Locked Up At Home."

On the evening of that first Easter,  the Disciples were scared, worried about their safety,  and staying inside.
Sound familiar?
Adding to their difficult situation was the fact that
they were not all unified in their understanding
of what had happened  and who Jesus was.

Here's Another Way to Help the Round Rock Area Serving Center

Here's a free, easy, and important way to help the Serving Center's Food Pantry:

"We are in need of plastic bags. We are going to leave purple barrels in front of the Furniture Store (west side of the building)* to collect your bags. You can just drive by, toss your bags in and drive off. You will not have to get out of your car.

*ADDRESS: 1099 East Main St, Round Rock

Thank you so much for your help."

All who are impacted by COVID-19 worldwide (the sick, health care professionals, and the essential service people who must continue to work even during this time of staying at home and "social distancing"). Many in our RRCC church family have family members and friends who are medical professionals and other essential workers. They all need our prayer support and encouragement.

Governors and business leaders as they work closely with scientists and health professionals to determine the timetable for allowing some businesses to resume with fewer social distancing restrictions.

All efforts being made to begin a thorough and widespread COVID-19 testing program throughout our country, which appears to be so critical in determining safe times/areas in which to start a cautious return to normalcy.
