Greetings Memorial School Community,

As we begin another week of remote learning, it is important to take a minute and make sure we express our thanks and gratitude for the many wonderful educators at Memorial School. This week is Teacher Appreciation Week and even though we can only communicate remotely, please be sure to thank all of our Memorial School staff for their MANY efforts this year!

I would also like to thank all of the students and families who contributed pictures and messages of thanks to our teachers, which made up the heart of our slideshow that was shared to staff this morning. The extra effort was truly appreciated.

This week's Memorial School student spotlight is a "Virtual Bulletin Board" from our Pre-K thru 2 students. If we were in school, our bulletin boards are decorated with examples of student learning and growth. While we may not be in school, please enjoy these examples as evidence that learning is alive and well at Memorial School. Next week we will showcase examples from our students in grades 3, 4 and 5. Thank you.
I wish everyone a great week of remote learning. Believe it or not, there are not many days left in this school year. Let's continue to do our best to work together to finish this year strong and show what a special community we have in Newton, New Hampshire!

Stay well,

Ryan McCluskey
