Newsletter for the Week of 07/16/2018
Dear Members:

Hello to all Habersham Chamber members!  I am Judy Forbes, and I was recently asked by the Chamber Executive Board to serve as Interim President of the Chamber while the search process is conducted for a new leader.
As pleased as I am to serve you while this process is carried out, I am even more eager for the search to begin so that the work can continue in a positive way.
Those of you who know me know Habersham County has been my lifelong home.  I love Habersham County and want the very best for it.
I have been blessed to work with the Chamber Board for ten years and
I know our Chamber has had great leadership and very strong, productive members whose goal is to make our community an even better place to live and grow.  In the coming weeks I hope to send to each of you a survey which will give you the opportunity to have input about a new Chamber leader.  I encourage you to complete and submit it. While this process takes its course, I commit to serve our Chamber so that our new leader will be able to "hit the ground and run."

Dr. Judy C. Forbes
