God in the Ordinary
Jim Mehler preaching

Dear Covenant friends and family,

The story is from Exodus 3, Moses and the burning bush. And the sermon is titled "God In The Ordinary." So tell me, pastor, what is ordinary about a bush burning not consumed by the flames? I'm glad you asked that. I can't figure it out. If anything, at least by today's standards, you set a bush on fire and sooner or later it will be consumed by the flames. Unless ... unless something mysterious, magical, inexplicable is happening, and, according to the Hebrew storyteller in Exodus, it is! Come and join the "magical mystery tour" Sunday morning at 8:30 and 11:00.

VBS is coming soon! We are looking for volunteers to help teach, feed, entertain, craft, sing, dance and keep a tight rein on Jungle Jim. And too, we need snacks. Check the info below, the Covenant web site and the Sunday morning bulletin for details.
