To our Cape Cod communities:
Thank you to our staff, Cape Cod Commission members, and the Cape community for adjusting to new and different ways of conducting work during these challenging times.
This month, we worked closely with Cape Cod Healthcare and the Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment to create a dynamic heatmap showing numbers of confirmed COVID-19 cases at a detailed geographic level within Barnstable County. This joint effort is designed to empower our community to make informed choices about public health safety precautions.
We were also awarded a significant grant from the federal Economic Development Administration that will fund the development and implementation of a resiliency initiative for Cape Cod. Continuing to build environmental and economic resilience in our region is now more important than ever.
Cape Cod Commission staff continues to work remotely. We are pleased the technology we had in place provided a seamless transition that allows the Commission to continue to serve as an important resource for our community.
We are continuing to monitor the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation and work closely with county and public health officials. We continue to update our list of
community resources regarding COVID-19
.
As always, please visit our

Stay healthy and well.
