July 4th Sneak Peek! at the

La Vernia VETERANS MEMORIAL

Tarps will cover the walls and benches after July 4 until the construction is completed.

Patriots Pathway bricks can be ordered to commemorate Veterans, anniversaries, special memories, etc.

July 4th Sneak Peek!

See the Veterans names on the walls and benches!! Yes! All of the inscribed walls and a few of the benches are now installed on the memorial!

However, the monument is still a constructions site, so a date for the dedication ceremony has not been set -- but we will keep you posted.

Tarps will cover the walls again after July 4 until important construction is completed, which could be a couple of weeks or more. Please be patient.

We especially wish to thank the VOLUNTEERS and professionals who have spent countless hours in the scorching HEAT getting

ready for July 4th!

--Veterans Wall Inscriptions - $150

--Bricks on Patriot's Pathway - $60 & $250

--Benches - $2,500 per side

(includes one free inscription on the wall)

Major Donors will be recognized on a beautiful, special monument at the memorial site. It's not too late to be included!

Remember: Veterans, living or deceased, are eligible and do not need to live in La Vernia to be included. See details on our website.

The Sneak Peek begins at 4pm

The La Vernia Veterans Memorial is a project of the

La Vernia Historical Association, a 501-C-3 nonprofit.

The next meeting of the LVHA will be Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the

GVEC Community Room, 13849 US Hwy 87 West in La Vernia. Light refreshments will be available. Everyone is welcome!
