As you are aware, Harris County plans to submit a $2.5 billion bond offering to an August 25, 2018, election.  If approved by voters, the bonds will be used to fund flood risk/damage reduction projects throughout the county.  In connection with the bond offering, Harris County is holding public meetings for each of the 23 watersheds in the county.  For a comprehensive description of the types of projects the county intends to fund, see  https://conta.cc/2HK2v3u
