Graduation Ceremony

Due to CAASP, ELA and CST testing, Foothill will have block schedules on Tuesdays (periods 1, 3, and 5) and Thursday (periods 2, 4, and 6) the weeks of April 15, April 22, and April 29.
A Note From Counseling:
All junior families will be receiving Junior Status Letters in the mail within the next week or two. These letters will help identify whether your student is on track for 4-year college, 2-year college, or may be deficient for graduation. Counselors will be meeting with all juniors this month to get to know them and start the conversation around post high school plans and finding the right college fit.

Counselors will also be sending home summer school recommendations to all students who have received a D or F in one or more classes. If your student received a D or F on the March 23   report card, it is advisable to secure a spot in summer school. Courses can be cancelled after June 1 if your student passes those courses by emailing  [email protected] Additional information regarding summer school can be found here https://tinyurl.com/SummerProgramsPUSD

A Message from FAB President Derek Perez
We are asking for your help to fund Foothill’s needs this year. Foothill High School is in need of some much-needed support for the replacement of our widely-used sports field. As you likely know, the Stadium Field is in bad shape. Not only is it an eye sore, but its condition also creates safety hazards for our athletes, band members, students and guests.
Although referred to as the "Football Field", make no mistake about it, many other sports, students and clubs use this essential asset for their activities. Over 2,000 kids per year use the facility!
Your support will ensure future generations of Foothill students can use a field on which they are both safe on, and proud of!
Right now the cost of the field is approximately $950,000. Thanks to the efforts of the district, Foothill High School, the Foothill Band, FHS PTSA and the Athletic Boosters, we've managed to raise most of the funds! With that being said, we're still in desperate need of more to complete this project.
So please, click here to donate to help support this cause. Be a part of history. Keep our students safe, and our legacy strong!

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"

Grad Night (NOT A PUSD SPONSORED EVENT)
Deadline: Friday, May 10th, 2019
