Vermont and Connecticut Enact Salary History Bans
 
Effective July 1, 2018, Vermont employers are prohibited from requiring disclosures of salary and benefit history from prospective employees. Read more

Effective January 1, 2019, Connecticut employers will also be prohibited from asking about compensation at any point in the hiring process. Read more
