The Chamber is pleased to announce Lucy McNemey as Director of Executive Team Intelligence and Investor Affiliation.

The Chamber set forth on a diversity, equity and inclusion journey that would bring valuable conversations to the forefront, create much-needed change in our region, and within organizations, and help our Chamber serve as a resource around these critical issues. Our fully virtual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Conference created a space to listen, learn and take action. Over the course of three days, over 250 attendees journeyed together with the goal of leading our region's business community in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce where opportunities are equitable for all. Each day featured a thought-provoking keynote speaker along with breakout sessions and work groups that created a chat culture between attendees and speakers that overflowed with powerful conversations. Attendees left the conference with insight and resources that will be instrumental in undertaking the DE&I journey within their organization. "The line-up of speakers was phenomenal and each day, I couldn't wait to get started again….I took pages of notes, watched several sessions multiple times and am going to sit with this all as I figure out how to integrate this into our organization's work with our newly formed DE&I group."
