This Week at BayMarin, April 14, 2019
Lent 2019

Lent is a season of reflecting on our own mortality and brokenness. It is an opportunity to discern what God is inviting us to subtract from our lives rather than add more to our lives. It is a season to journey with Jesus to the cross, dying to our egos and anticipating the new life that will come from that kind of death. This Lent we will be following the Lectionary each Sunday, specifically the gospel texts. The Lectionary can be found  here .

Elder Nominations

Kevin Carnahan and Kathleen Richard have been unanimously approved by the elders to be confirmed by the membership as new elders on the BayMarin board. The congregational vote for Kevin and Kathleen will be held on Sunday, April 14.

Children & Youth Parent Conferences

Children and students wrestle with many different issues in life, not the least of which is their own faith journey. We would like to invite you to sit down with us for a spiritual "check-in" much like a Parent/Teacher Conference. Our hope for this time is to give you, the parents, insight into what we have noticed in spending time with your students. And to give you an opportunity to let us know anything that could be helpful in ministering to your student.
Please sign-up below for an available time slot. If no time works well, let us know and we can arrange another time to meet together.

Contemplative Practices

Check out our new Contemplative Practices page where you will find guides to different spiritual practices as well as really helpful websites and apps that offer great resources for contemplative practices.

Prayer Requests

At BayMarin, prayer is a vital part of community life. We have three different teams of people who pray for the prayer requests that are submitted. Please share your prayer request with us  here.
