The Fairy Fest will feature a variety of free crafts and activities for children in many Main St. locations. Storyteller Cris Riedel will be spinning tales at Dansville ArtWorks. Children of all ages can enjoy using their free maps (available at many downtown locations) to seek out all 23 hand-crafted fairy doors in the business district, with more in the trees of Pioneer Park!

Originally an old Seneca tradition, this annual Independence Day Celebration is the highlight of the summer on Conesus Lake. Sponsored by The Conesus Lake Association, every 3rd of July residents light provided flares at exactly 10 PM along the entire shoreline of the Lake, creating a ring of fire!

BUFFALO PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA CONCERT

Overlooking the "Grand Canyon of the East." The BPO will perform classical & pop favorites at 8 PM culminating with a Grand Fireworks display over the gorge at 9:30 PM. OVERNIGHT IN THE GORGE

Tim Reed will lead a narrated hike along Trail #1 at the Southern end of the park, ending up at St. Helena where camp will be set up along the river's edge. A pie iron cooking demonstration will be the central theme of the supper and breakfast meals. On Sunday the group will raft through the gorge.
