Dear Students and Parents,

As I have received a number of questions regarding yesterday's email to students about the collection of dorm room belongings, I wanted to clarify two important items:
  • Students must fill out the dorm belongings inquiry form. Parents cannot access the link as it is password protected. Students, if you get a message stating you need permission, log out of your Google account and log back in again.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to allow students and families to collect personal belongings from their dorm rooms at this time. We hope that between now and the end of May, relaxed state restrictions on campus access will allow families to return to pack their own rooms and take things home. After May, belongings will have to be moved to secure, on-campus storage to allow for regularly scheduled summer work in dormitories. If returns to campus during the summer are possible, we will notify you that families are able to collect their packed belongings at that time.
Students, please be sure to review the FAQs from yesterday's email as they address a number of topics you may find helpful before making your inquiry form selections.

Please remember that we ask students to complete the dorm belongings inquiry form no later than May 6. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

Regards,

Heather Perrenoud P'23
Dean of Residential Life
