K2 Residential Solutions has spent the first quarter of 2019 continuing progress on the following projects: The Met at Boulevard One 90 For-Sale Condo Units Lowry, Denver, CO Project Updates: Podium foundation #1 complete. Vertical frame in process.  29 Zen 14 For-Sale Townhome Units Sloan's Lake, Denver, CO Project Updates: Certificate of Occupancy for the first 7 homes! 23 JP 10 For-Sale Townhome Units Jefferson Park, Denver, CO Project Updates: Rough inspections in process. Observatory Row 20 For-Sale Townhome Units Observatory Park, Denver, CO Project Updates: Building 1 on track for completion Early May! 3500 Corona 41 Units Multi-Family Units Englewood, CO Project Updates: Design development plans complete. Construction documents under consideration. 1190 Hampden 28 Units Multi-Family Units Englewood, CO Project Updates: Pre-Construction & Design Development in progress. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Habitat for Humanity On March 15th, the K2 Residential Solutions team donated our time and volunteered at Habitat for Humanity. We had 16 employees on the job site that day helping with a build right in our own backyard. This specific job site is a 9 townhome unit project directly across the street from our corporate office. The day was quite a success and we all enjoyed the team building component as well as putting our skills to use to help our community. It was a muddy day, but we all now have a greater appreciation for the hard work and labor involved with framing. We truly enjoyed giving back to our community. The team is looking forward to future volunteer opportunities with Habitat for Humanity.
