Create a seder plate filled with delicious fruit for Tu B'Shevat

  • Before Thursday, find foods and fruit tidbits for blessing.
  • Prepare to taste the seven species linked with the land of Israel:
  • wheat
  • barley
  • grapes
  • figs
  • pomegranates
  • olives
  • dates
  • Also prepare to bless wine (or grape juice). If possible, try to have both a red and a white variety.
  • For kids, feel free to use foods they love ( for example, Fig Newton cookies or malt balls made with barley).

Happy Tu B'Shevat
