THANKSGIVING
“Over the meadows and through the woods, to grandmother’s house we go … “ Oops... not this year! In these strange and uncertain times, let’s keep all those we hold dear, safe... and visit by Facebook or Zoom.

Perhaps “Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving” is perfect for 2020.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Lake Sunapee Turkey Trot
Tomorrow is the Turkey Trot in Sunapee ! Even COVID cannot halt this traditional race.

Think Global. Shop Local.
Small Business Saturday opens the Sunapee Region Chamber’s week of promoting local commerce. Let’s all support our neighbors, friends and shopkeepers who’ve adapted and kept essential goods & services available during the pandemic. Let the Holiday Shopping begin!

Clarks Hardware
Congratulations and huge appreciation to Clarkes Hardware, a local small business celebrating their 70th year!
They have been answering our community’s very essential needs and supporting local nonprofits for decades. Thank you to Read Clarke and crew for the friendly, knowledgeable service they provide us all.
HOLIDAY COUNTDOWN
... just 31 Days until Christmas! (if the Grinch doesn’t steal it)
It's that time of year!

Mail letters to Santa at his special mailbox at the Safety Services Building,
starting on Monday Nov. 30th until 5 pm Friday, December 11th.

Please make sure child's name and mailing address are included and legible.

Please don't delay as Santa's elves are very busy the next four weeks.

Limited only to Sunapee Residents please.
Sunapee’s “Giving Tree” has also relocated to the Safety Services Building this year. Please stop by and choose a tag holding a Christmas wish from a child or senior in our community. We can make wishes come true on Christmas morning!
On Friday, November 27th, those strange looking yellow critters are appearing on TV screens just in time to usher in the festive season. Join them on NBC-TV for “Minions Holiday Special”.
Watch this spot next week for an early Santa Surprise Visit being planned for all the little believers in Sunapee.
