Dear ACCHS Theatre Patron,

We regret to inform you that our 2020 Spring Musical production,
The Pajama Game must be cancelled due to our school closure.

We would be grateful if you would consider donating your ticket
purchase to support our theatre program. Our students
worked tirelessly over the past months and the production
was well on its way at the time of school closures. If you would like to
offer your purchase as a donation, no further action is needed.

In these difficult times, we understand if you require a refund.
Please email  theatre@acchs.info  with a refund request for the face value
of your ticket(s). Include your order number, the name the order was placed under, and a phone number where we can contact you if necessary.

All refund requests must be received by Friday, May 15
and will be processed through our ticketing software with a refund
to the card used to purchase your tickets. After that date, all orders
will be closed and your order will be converted into a donation.

We send our well wishes out to the community,
and look forward to performing for you next school year.

Sincerely,
ACCHS Theatre Program
