PTO Meeting

The next PTO Meeting will be Thursday, April 25th at 7pm in the Jefferson School Library.

The agenda is full with the Nominating committee presenting the PTO executive board slate for the 2019-2020 school year and a vote to adopt the amended By-laws. 

The PTO By-laws have recently been reviewed and updated. We invite you to review the bylaws HERE.

 
Daddy Daughter Dance:  Help Needed!

We need volunteers and donations for the Daddy-Daughter Dance on Friday, April 26th. Please sign-up here for any help you may be able to provide. Thank you!

Summit Farmers Market Bags
Green Summit NJ has partnered with Summit Downtown Inc. to offer the first Summit Farmers Market Bags for sale!  The Summit Farmers Market is targeting to be plastic-bag-free, and encouraging vendors to use only compostable or paper bags. Get ahead of the game with this sharp and sturdy reusable bag with Summit pride.
The bags are 1 for $3, or 2 for $5, and are sold at the Farmers Market, at Summit Downtown Inc. offices, and at all Green Summit events.  



Summit Free Market Is BACK!
The next Summit Free Market dates are Saturdays April 27 and May 4 from 8AM to 3PM at the Summit Transfer Station 
40 New Providence Ave. 
Bring yard sale quality reusable items to share and take whatever you want or need. It's all FREE!
Library Volunteer Sign Ups

If you are interested in helping out during the school year, please consider serving as a Library Volunteer. This is a great chance to see your child's class in action while they visit the library. Volunteers will help to shelve books, with book selection and check out.

(Please note, no siblings are allowed in the library while volunteering. Thank you!)
