We can scale up to more community by scaling down to the beauty and the loss that will not let us go. Rev. Joyner is our Community Minister in Affiliation whose work emphasizes multi-species concerns, marginalized communities in Latin America, and Nonviolent Communication.

Families Belong Together Rally
Families Belong Together Rally, Sat Jun 30, 1:00 - 3:00pm, Federal Courthouse, 300 Quarropas St, White Plains
Join local organizations, clergy, elected officials, and families from Westchester County gathering to demand immediate reunification of all children and families who have been separated at the border. You may bring signs; please, no sticks on your signs. Bring a hat and water. There is metered parking at the public parking garages on Martine Avenue.

elping Migrant Children
The devastating news about children who have been separated from their parents at the border has left many of us wanting to help. Two local organizations have received separated migrant children, the
Abbott House
in Irvington and
Children's Village
in Dobbs Ferry. They both gratefully accept monetary donations for the migrant children and other unaccompanied minors in their care. Learn more

Call for Summer Musicians
CUUC singers, instrumentalists, and music lovers: come share your gifts at our summer services! Most Sundays we have a pianist for hymns, and we would love to have volunteers present our other musical sections such as centering music, or offertory, or serving as our weekly hymn leader. From the Refugee Resettlement Team
Our refugee team is working with a young man from the Congo looking for work with an electrical contracting firm, a construction firm, or a property management company. We ask your help in spreading the word. See his resume

Summer Services in Fellowship Hall
Starting Sun Jul 1, 10:00am, Fellowship Hall
Attend our Summer Services in air-conditioned Fellowship Hall. Services are led by members and friends of CUUC, outside speakers, and guest ministers. These Sundays are more intimate and informal so people participate more and get to know one another better. Music is provided by our talented musicians and special guests (centering music starts at 9:50am). The nursery is staffed for young children. Stay after worship for light refreshments and conversation. Regular services and religious education classes will begin again Sun Sep 9. Hope to see you here this summer!

Share the Plate for July & August: Unirondack & Rowe Camps
This summer we share half our non-pledge collection with the camps at Unirondack and Rowe, both members of the Unitarian Universalist Association Alliance of Camps and Conference Centers (
uuaccc.org
).
We will support the Unirondack Campership Program and Rowe Center's Woodside Scholarship Fund, which seek to make a UU camp experience available to every child and youth, and to promote economic diversity in their camp programs. Learn more
