Preparing Each Student for a Successful Future


Please review the following information regarding the district's annual open enrollment period for insurance. EAll eligible employees have the opportunity to make changes to existing coverage by logging on to  www.benefitsolver.com  to elect medical, dental and vision coverage for the next plan year.  This is the only time that changes may be made until next year without experiencing a qualifying event.  
  Open enrollment is available now through May 8, 2020.
Once you've reviewed the provided plans and information below, CLICK HERE to see the directions on how to complete the process.  Keep in mind, those who participated last year will already have benefit solver login credentials. If you have lost/forgotten your credentials, simply click on "Forgot Password" and follow the directions. You will need the Company Key, which is MET along with your social security number and date of birth. For those new to the system, click "Register" to get going! Again, you'll also need the Company Key "MET" along with your social security number and date of birth.  
Missouri Educator's Trust/Anthem Blue Access will continue to be the carrier for health insurance and CIGNA will continue to provide dental and vision coverage. Anthem Blue Access gives employees the option of using Mercy and Cox as in network providers. 
Employees will receive a new Anthem ID card, and a SEPARATE ID card from Maxor for the pharmacy benefit.
The Republic School District Board of Education remains committed to providing "district paid" health insurance to all employees. This covers "Plan 7" mentioned below. 
Also, please note that health insurance rates have increased from last year to this year. Dental and vision rates remain the same. Below is a summary of each plan benefit and its associated rate.
