New Playground Surface!
The new pour-in-place surface onto Immanuel’s playground! This was one of the VERY big projects that the 2017 Dinner Auction funds supported. This is no small task and costs nearly $25,000, but this surface provides added safety for ILCS children and it will last quite a while.

An all-hands-on-deck work day is scheduled for Sat., Jun. 23 , starting at 8 AM. Workers and their favorite shovels, work brooms, garden rakes, and work gloves are needed. PTL is providing coffee and doughnuts in the morning and lunch in the afternoon, if needed. This is a great opportunity for students who need service hours,

Please note: this also means that the playground will be OFF LIMITS from Jun. 23 until the new surface is fully installed. Please address questions to the school office at 630 406 0157 or school@immanuelbatavia.org .
Summer Bible Study
WEDS. AT 7 AM AND 7 PM, JUN. 13-AUG. 1
On Jun. 3 Immanuel began a sermon series on the book of Ephesians. Each week through Jul. 8 the sermon will unpack a chapter of this New Testament book. Dig a little deeper into The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Ephesians, which contains an exposition of the divine plan for the world and the consummation of this in Christ. Study materials are available in the sanctuary. Questions? Contact Penny in the church office at 630 879 7163 or church@immanuelbatavia.org.

NOTE: No class on Wed., Jul. 4.
