Mr. Hogan has more than thirty-six years of Operations and Executive experience. His career started in Kingsville, Texas where he spent sixteen years with Exxon Company International in various supervisory roles. 
He then worked two years with ENI/Agip Petroleum as Operations Manager and VP of Well Operations, nine years with Devon Energy Corporation as the International Operations Manager and VP of International Well Engineering, and one year with HRT America as Vice President of Drilling. 

As one of the founding Executives of PanAtlantic Exploration Company, Mr. Hogan originally served as Sr. Vice President - Operations with responsibility for global drilling, completion and production activity, HS&E, contracts / procurement and operations geology.  In March 2016, Mr. Hogan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in addition to assuming the responsibilities of President and Chief Executive Officer. 

In April 2017, Mr. Hogan became General Manager and CEO of Lukoil International Upstream West in Houston, Texas. He has worked on six of seven continents in countries including Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chad, Ghana, Malaysia, Thailand and Trinidad.

Trade Mission to Moscow and St. Petersburg Economic Forum
June 2-8, 2019

The U.S.-Russia Chamber of Commerce (USRCC) invites you to participate in a Trade mission to the    St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Participants will have an opportunity to meet Russian government officials and some of the most influential leaders in U.S.-Russia trade and investment relations. The USRCC will coordinate private meetings, an exclusive CEO Roundtable and introductions, in addition to attending the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPEIF).

Emerson to invest $49M in new headquarters for product line

Bizjournals.com, April 4, 2019: St. Louis-based  Emerson will invest $49 million to build a new global headquarters in Brookfield, Connecticut, for its Branson assembly technologies product line. The new facility will include manufacturing space, state-of-the-art laboratories, and a customer experience center, officials said. "Our new headquarters will provide a showcase for the great work we do here in Connecticut to drive growth and innovation, including high-tech spaces where customers can see our products in action,"  John Meek, president of assembly technologies, said in a statement. "This exciting investment will help us continue delivering world-class Branson solutions to our customers while attracting and retaining the next generation of engineers and manufacturing leaders."  Read more...
Baker Hughes opens Motor Center of Excellence at its supercenter in north Oklahoma City

Newsok.com, April 4, 2019: Baker Hughes on Wednesday celebrated the opening of a new division in Oklahoma City. The company's BHGE Motor Center of Excellence is designed to serve Western Hemisphere oil and gas operators that use downhole drilling motors as they drill ever-more accurate wells efficiently. Officials marked the center's official opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Gov. Kevin Stitt; Maria Claudia Borras, president and CEO of Baker Hughes Oilfield Services; Greater Oklahoma City Chamber officials; and customers of Baker Hughes, a General Electric company.  Read more...

Vitol signs LNG deal with Russia's Novatek for Arctic 2 plant

Ft.com, April 2, 2019: Vitol, the world's largest independent energy trader, has signed a preliminary liquefied natural gas supply agreement with Russia's Novatek in the latest deal involving a trading house in the burgeoning market for the supercooled fuel. The heads of agreement envisages concluding a 15-year contract with annual supply of 1m tonnes of LNG from Russia's Arctic 2 plant expected to be launched in 2023, and other Novatek projects. When completed its three LNG trains are expected to produce around 20m tonnes a year. Repsol, the Spanish company, also signed a similar preliminary deal with Novatek on Tuesday.  Read more...

Russia to expand Siberia exports to China via rail

Freightweek.org,  April 1, 2019: The FESCO Transportation Group (FESCO), operator of the Port of Vladivostok, and Rail Cargo Logistics-RUS are to support exports by rail from Russia to China on behalf of the Russian Export Center (REC). FESCO and Rail Cargo Logistics-RUS say they will determine the best transport routes and provide container equipment and access to terminals for exports from Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk to China via rail crossings and the Port of Vladivostok.  Read more...
Angola Hopes To See More Direct Investment From Russia In Agriculture, Mining - President

Urdupoint.com, April 3, 2019: Angola is hoping to see an increased cooperation with  Russia and more direct investment in medicine, mining and  agriculture, Angolan President Joao Lourenco said during the Russia-Angola  business Forum on Wednesday. "If you do not take into account the  oil and diamond  industry, direct investment  from  Russia is equal almost to zero and this brings us to the thought of the necessity of widening cooperation in other fields ... We have a large interest in private investment  from Russian businesses in the field of pharmaceuticals, the production of tractors and agricultural machinery, production of fertilizer and pesticides, the production of metal, steel in the mining  apart  from diamonds of such minerals as  gold, copper, and rare metals," Lourenco said.  Read more...
Rosatom Plans To Start Construction Of Akkuyu NPP 2nd Unit In First Half Of 2019 - CEO

Urdupoint.com, April 3, 2019: Russian state  nuclear corporation Rosatom plans to start the construction of the second unit of the Akkuyu  nuclear power plant (NPP) in  Turkey in the first half of  2019, after obtaining a necessary license, the  company's CEO, Alexey Likhachev, told reporters on Wednesday. "As soon as we obtain a license. BSE, India INX sign MoU with Moscow Exchange

Zeebiz.com, April 4, 2019: A memorandum of understanding was signed between  Moscow Exchange (MOEX) and India's BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) and The India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited (India INX), India's first international exchange based in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC). The ultimate objective of the MoU is of connecting the investors' community and companies in both countries and allowing a capital formation platform on a larger scale. This will be the very first time that Indian exchanges will enter into the MoU with Moscow exchange. The memorandum was signed between the parties on April 3 2019 in Moscow. The ceremony was attended by Ashishkumar Chauhan, MD & CEO, BSE, and Alexander Afanasiev, CEO of MOEX, in the annual Exchange Forum in Moscow.  Read more...
Russia's Kamaz may start assembling tracks in Angola

Tass.com, April 4, 2019: The Russian truck-maker Kamaz may organize assembly of trucks in Angola and Russian Railways may participate in upgrading the rail infrastructure in this country, according to pre-reads of the Kremlin's press service for negotiations between Presidents of Russia and Angola. "Production of railcars with participation of Uralvagonzavod, organizations of Kamaz trucks assembly and participation of RZD International [international arm of Russian Railways - TASS] in restoring and upgrading the railroad infrastructure are among looking-forward cooperation projects," the Kremlin's press service says.  Read more...

Joint food producing enterprises with Russia may be created in Azerbaijan

Menafn.com, April 3, 2019: Female entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan and Russia held discussions related to the implementation of joint business ventures, Sakina Babayeva, the head of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, told Trend. Babayeva noted that the negotiations are being held as part of the upcoming project, which envisages the creation of manufacturing enterprises. "We are planning to establish a joint venture in Azerbaijan to produce food with our partners from Derbent. At present, we are conducting a detailed discussion of issues regarding the varieties of Azerbaijani food products that are in the greatest demand at the Russian market," she said.  Read more...
Russia to help Kyrgyzstan in railway network development

Russia proposes to build nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan as Tokayev meets with Putin in Moscow

Akipress.com, April 4, 2019: Russian President Vladimir Putin received President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Moscow on April 3, Kremlin said. This is Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's first official visit to Russia since his inauguration as the President of Kazakhstan on March 20, 2019. During the consultations, the presidents discussed key aspects of bilateral relations, prospects for integration across Eurasia and topical issues concerning the regional agenda. Following the meeting, the presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan adopted a joint statement. Россия увеличила экспорт нефти в I квартале на 5,7%

Tns.online, 2 апреля, 2019: Россия увеличила экспорт нефти в январе-марте 2019 года на 5,7% по сравнению с показателем за аналогичный период прошлого года - до 65,402 млн тонн, следует из материалов Центрального диспетчерского управления ТЭК (ЦДУ ТЭК). Экспорт нефти из РФ в марте составил 22,687 млн тонн, что на 7,2% больше, чем за аналогичный период прошлого года. Экспорт нефти в дальнее зарубежье в январе-марте вырос на 6,2% - до 60,902 млн тонн, в марте этот показатель составил 21,138 млн тонн. Экспорт нефти в ближнее зарубежье в январе-марте снизился на 0,8% и составил 4,5 млн тонн, в марте Россия экспортировала в ближнее зарубежье 1,55 млн тонн нефти.  Читать далее...

Экспорт России в Азербайджан в 2018 году вырос на 12,5%, до $1,7 млрд

Tass.ru, 3 апреля 2019: Экспорт из России в Азербайджан за прошлый год вырос на 12,5%, до $1,7 млрд, при этом товарооборот между странами вырос на 13,8% и достиг $2,4 млрд. Об этом говорится в материалах Российского экспортного центра (РЭЦ). "Азербайджан - современное, динамично развивающееся государство. Это привлекает российские компании к реализации совместных экономических проектов. На азербайджанском рынке осуществляют свою деятельность более 750 совместных компаний, в том числе около 300 - со 100% российским капиталом и свыше 450 - в формате совместного предприятия", - сообщил ТАСС глава РЭЦ Андрей Слепнев.  Читать далее...
Завершено соединение китайско-российского трансграничного железнодорожного моста Тунцзян-Нижнеленинское

Russian.cri.cn, 2 апреля, 2019: 2 апреля российские строители официально объявили о завершении стыковки российско-китайского трансграничного железнодорожного моста Нижнеленинское-Тунцзян. Смычка двух частей моста была закончена после укладки последней стальной фермы конструкции на 4-ю опору. Окончание смычки означает начало обратного отсчёта до завершения строительства этого моста. Следующие этапы строительства - начало монтажа железнодорожного полотна, завершение монтажных работ и сооружение сопутствующей транспортной инфраструктуры. В настоящее время китайская сторона полностью выполнила инженерные работы. Завершение строительства моста планируется на июль. Ожидается, что он будет введен в эксплуатацию до конца этого года.  Читать далее...
