Wilmot Union High School would like to invite you to save the date of September 19, 2018 for our College, Career, & Tech Night.
The event is scheduled from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. The evening will allow for students and parents to visit display tables where College, Career & other representatives will be available to answer questions. This will be located in our Commons from 5:00pm -6:30pm.

We will have a Financial Aid Presentation from 6:30pm -7:30pm
 in the Haas Auditorium.  
Senior pictures are due by November 1, 2018.
Please send a digital copy (at least 300 psi) as a JPEG attachment to dineganw@wilmoths.k12.wi.us OR bring a flash drive/disk to
Mr. Dinegan in Room 264.
Pictures should be a vertical pose and will be printed in color in the yearbook.
(The photo taken By Network Photography will be used if a senior picture is not submitted)
Wilmot High School Community Outreach presents:

Deutsch Macht SpaB
We will sing, play games, watch German TV and movies, talk about German history and current events, read stories and review vocabulary and grammar. Get back into the swing of German with this refresher course.
**Must have passed German 1**

Wilmot Band: Time for a “tune” up

It’s time to pull out your instrument, check for damage, have it serviced and be ready to make music on the first day of class.
 
If parts don’t move, slides don’t slide, valves only go down, pads leak or any other problem keeps your instrument from working properly please make a service appointment with one of our local instrument repair shops.

There will be a Cross Country Meeting for parents and athletes who will be running Cross Country in the fall on
Wednesday, August 1 in the Commons at 6:30 p.m.
Anyone interested in running Cross Country should be at this meeting. If you cannot attend, contact Coach Dinegan so he can send you materials handed out at the meeting.

PANTHER PRIDES
HOSA International Leadership Conference

On June 26 - July 1, the following students represented Wilmot and Wisconsin at the HOSA International Leadership Conference in Dallas.

Lizzie Lucik and Makayla Wedge-Damon competed together in Forensic Medicine and made it to the second round at ILC. Madison Johnson competed in Epidemiology. Congratulations to these ladies for their great accomplishments.

On July 25 and 26, the Wilmot DECA leadership team met to plan our activities for this year. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. Chapter Officer Workshop included goal setting, calendar planning, work time, building communication skills and business partnerships. Officers completed Team Building activities and high ropes challenges at Lake Geneva Canopy Tours.

The first DECA meeting will be held after school on 
Tuesday, September 18 in room 247.
