Promotion Sunday - August 11

Double Oak Kids Worship and Community Groups will resume on Sunday, August 11th.  

Here is the schedule (please make note if your child has moved into Kindergarten or 3rd Grade!)

9:00 AM 

   Kids Worship for K - 2nd Grade (Kids Worship Room)

   Kids Community Groups for 3rd Grade (Room 204), 4th Grade (Room 207) & 5th Grade (Room 209)

 

10:45 AM

   Kids Worship for 3-5th Grade (Kids Worship Room)

   Kids Community Groups for Kindergarten (Room 209), 1st Grade (Room 207) & 2nd Grade (Room 204)

 
Children's Ministry Leadership

young_kids_learning.jpg Can you believe it?  Promotion Sunday is only 9 days away!  I am looking for some great volunteers who want to invest in our Children's Ministry this year.  There are many kinds of opportunities - there are different time commitments and different ways to use your gifts.  I know every parent wants the very best for their child. Double Oak Community Church wants you to have the most effective Children's Ministry possible!  Let's work together to make this a strong partnership!

Here are our needs for this year for the Mt Laurel Campus:
 
Community Group Assistants - This is a twice-a-month commitment to help out during Kids Community Groups - either 9:00 or 10:45
 
Kids Worship Monitors - This is a once-a-month commitment to help out during Kids Worship - either 9:00 or 10:45  

Kids Worship Technician - This is a once-a-month commitment to help out during Kids Worship at both services (9:00 & 10:45)
 
Crew Leaders - This is a weekly commitment to help out on Wednesday nights for 13weeks of Double Oak University - 6:30-7:30 PM (begins August 21)

Kindergarten/1st Grade Bible Teacher - Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 - This is a weekly commitment to help out on Wednesday nights for 13 weeks of Double Oak University.
 
Pick Up Policy for Mt Laurel Campus (Grades K-5)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Parents will receive a name tag for the child to wear when they arrive. Security tags are not necessary for pick up. 

Children in Grades 3-5 will be released at dismissal time to meet their parents unless parents give instructions to the classroom teacher for their child to remain in the classroom. 

Children in Grades K-2 can be picked up by a parent, guardian or older sibling.
