IoT Wireless I/O Solutions
Providing sensing devices with direct cloud accessibility
Industrial IoT deploys lots of wireless sensor nodes in the working environment. Advantech’s WISE (Wireless IoT Sensing Embedded) series are designed as sensing devices which use a wireless interface using the IoT framework. Wireless interface is the most popular because it reduces number of cables and speed of installation.

Advantech’s new WISE-4000 series utilize a Low-Power Wide-Area Network which provides better penetration capability, less interference and longer battery life. These remote modules leverage Wi-Fi, to provide high-performance modularized wireless sensor nodes that can be easily integrated into existing networks.
WISE 4200 – built-in battery powered sensor and I/O option
WISE 4400 – IP65 rated housing and built-in antenna for harsh environments
WISE 4600 – Supports cellular communications with a solar rechargeable battery

Cost-effective Position Control in a Micro PLC
4-Axes control, Ethernet, and I/O
The Mitsubishi FX5U PLC offers advanced position control features for up to four axes of control over step/direction to stepper drives. In addition to a powerful PLC, when you buy the FX5UC product you get Ethernet connectivity, an easy to wire terminal block option, a slimline body, and it can act as a very inexpensive four axes controller with stepper motors.

This killer controller with built-in function blocks for easy motion programming includes CC-Link IE Field Basic for networking to servo drives. The FX5UC spring clamp terminals hold wires in place with constant force, preventing wires from falling out due to vibration.

Cognex DataMan 470 Series
Premium barcode reader for the most challenging applications
Designed for high-speed, high-throughput manufacturing and logistics lines, DataMan 470 is the fastest and most powerful reader in the company's line of industrial barcode readers.

DataMan 470 uses new, patent-pending imaging technology to easily solve challenging applications. The High Dynamic Range Plus (HDR+) technology enhances the image quality of 1D and 2D codes, in addition to providing greater coverage and faster speeds than conventional readers. It also reads low contrast and ultra-small codes not visible to other readers, and covers larger inspection areas with fewer cameras, allowing greater process variation and lower facility design costs.

DataMan 470's expandable technology platform includes multi-core processing power, advanced decoding algorithms, and modular configuration options to significantly improve speed and flexibility.

Next-generation W16 and W26 Smart Sensors
Optimizes ease-of-use with complete object detection reliability
SICK’s next-generation W16 and W26 smart sensors with “BluePilot” alignment are at the helm of a streamlined portfolio of photoelectric sensors, radically-upgraded to optimize ease-of-use with complete object detection reliability.

These robust and reliable sensors feature a line of five LEDs mounted on top of the sensor for quick, easy and accurate alignment of the light spot even over long distances. The BluePilot combines a potentiometer and teach-in button to simplify set up, range assessment and application mode selection, and provides a real-time on-sensor status display. SICK’s patented Twin-Eye technology achieves reliable detection for reflective materials such as films, foils, contrast-rich or uneven surfaces.

Smart IO-Link two-way communication is standard on all devices to enable easy set up and parameter cloning of replacement sensors, addressability and diagnostic functions, as well as opportunity to incorporate sensor-level smart tasks such as counting and time measurement
