Time change for the Literacy Luau

Due to the fish fry that will be held on 4/12, our Luau will begin at 7 PM.  Parking will be congested but there will be overflow parking available across the street, street parking and some spots on either side of the building in our 2 lots.  This would be a wonderful time to try the fish fry if you have been wanting to do so!
Conferences

DON'T FORGET TO SIGN UP FOR CONFERENCES!

Please check the classroom tables near the sign in sheets to view and claim available slots.  We hope that all families will attend!  If the time slots do not work for you, please contact the teacher.  During conferences, teachers will review the progress made on the goals set at the last conference, begin to create a transition plan for moving into the next year as well as much more.

Tips for Conferences
Please note that tuition for Extended Day and school MUST 
be brought current by the end of April in order for enrollment to continue in May.

Spring Break Care will  be offered.  Please find forms outside of the classrooms, office and on the extended day desk. 
Deadline for registering is Friday April 12th
Summer Program

Reserve a space for your child(ren) by completing the Summer Enrollment Choice Form and returning it to the office with a $50 non-refundable registration fee per family by 5/3/19.  This fee will reserve enrollment and will also be credited toward your tuition for the summer.   Registration/Emergency Contact forms, a current physical and immunization records will be due at this time as well.

Forms are located in the office and in the extended day room upstairs.
We will be adding the following days to our schedule to make up for some snow days and delays.
4/16 all day
4/17 dismiss at 11. No PM ext day.

We will have yearbooks available for purchase for the 2018-2019 school year. The paper order form was sent home. You will have until 5/15/19 to order with those order forms. The cost of a yearbook is $17.00.
PK Mass Attendance

Our PK students have attended their first Mass!  Please join us for twice monthly all-PK Mass  4/12, 4/30, 5/17, 5/28

PLEASE HAVE STUDENTS ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 8:05 ON A MASS DAY.

School Cancellations and Delays
 
1. Look for "Washington Local" delays or closings on the news or via news station alerts.  
2. Sign up for Remind to have alerts sent to you via text or email about delays/closings,  event reminders like picture day, field trips, special activities etc.
