Community College of Philadelphia
Community College of Philadelphia Career and Advanced Technology Center

In November, GREYHAWK commenced project and construction management for a new $32.4 million training hub for Community College of Philadelphia. The 75,000-square-foot Career and Advanced Technology Center will house state-of-the-art automotive, advanced manufacturing, and high-tech healthcare programs to provide students with pathways to high-demand careers while developing pipelines of technical talent for area businesses. The project was designed by SCHRADERGROUP Architecture + Design. Community College of Philadelphia is the largest public institution of higher education in Philadelphia and the sixth largest in Pennsylvania.
Energy Rebates Secured for Willingboro School District

In late 2019, GREYHAWK secured over $289,000 in energy rebates for the Willingboro, N.J., school district. Engaged as construction manager and mechanical commissioning agent since 2010, GREYHAWK has built a strong relationship with the district. In evaluating needs for air-conditioning upgrades at Willingboro High School, it became apparent that the district could earn a rebate through the New Jersey Clean Energy Smart Start Program. A team including Willingboro School District, GREYHAWK, Remington & Vernick Engineers, and TriState HVAC Equipment worked together to evaluate products and systems to maximize long-term operations efficiency for the school and attain the highest possible rebate. The collaboration exemplifies how early community and partnership among design and construction disciplines can achieve the highest value for owners and facility managers.
