Moonlight Bike
Thanks to the nearly 200 participants who came out to the Moonlight Bike Ride on Saturday night to enjoy the beautiful summer weather and ride a 10-mile loop under a full moon.

Riders met at Southbridge and adorned their bikes with glow sticks and lights. They also enjoyed musical entertainment from local artist Ruthless Ruth before taking off on the lit route through the city. Participants were also treated to a snack at the NIACC half-way point and breakfast burritos from Mr. Taco at the finish line.

Wellness Tip
August 3rd is  Watermelon Day ! Watermelon is nearly 92% water and full of great vitamins which can relax sore muscles. Even the green rind of the fruit is edible when stewed, fried, or pickled. If watermelon's not your favorite, head over to the  North Iowa Farmers Market , on Tuesdays and Fridays for more delicious produce options!
