The driveways between Virginia Drive and Bever Avenue are anticipated to be completed by next week; sidewalk work in this area may take a little longer due to coordination with utility work. In the area between Virginia Drive and approximately Dalewood Drive, the contractor will continue to test new water main and hook up water services.  In approximately 3 weeks, the pavement from Virginia Drive to Buchanan Drive will be removed and the area prepared for new pavement.

Neighboring Work on McCarthy

The contractor continues to make progress on new water main installation on Memorial Drive between McCarthy Rd and Seely Ave.  Next week, properties in this area should anticipate intermittent interruptions to water service as the old service lines are transferred to the new water main.  Also during the next few weeks, the contractor will install new storm sewer between McCarthy Rd and Seely Ave. In approximately 3 weeks, new curb and gutter installation will begin to take place in this area.
