Pattillo Construction is pleased to announce that a groundbreaking ceremony was held on July 25, 2019 to commemorate the start of construction on project blackberry a 260,00 SF speculative building project located in Hall County on McEver Road in Buford, GA. Pattillo will be providing build-to-suit construction services throughout the duration of the project alongside the Owner - BBBA Investments, Real Estate Broker - NAIBG, the project team, in addition to the future tenant - Contemporary Marketing.

Hart County Spec Building

On June 14th, the project team, stakeholders and the community joined to celebrate the break ground to officially launch construction for the 143,930 SF Hart County spec building project located in Lavonia, Georgia. Anticipated for completion in December 2019, Pattillo Construction is providing general construction services for the project, which includes all grading and site work activities alongside Owner & Developer - The Adams Companies to successfully deliver the warm lit shell building project on-time and within budget.

Art Station Interior Renovation A ground breaking ceremony will be held this Friday, August 2nd to officially launch and celebrate start of construction on the Art Station theater renovation project located in Stone Mountain, Georgia
