For more than four decades, the Mankato Area International Festival has infused students and the greater Mankato area with cultural diversity through ethnic food, international music and children's activities. This week's Serendipitous Moments looks at the upcoming festival on Sunday, April 7, in the Centennial Student Union at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

KATO NINJA WARRIOR RETURNS TO MSU
Kato Ninja Warrior, a spinoff of the popular TV show, "American Ninja Warrior" will be set up in Bresnan Arena on Thursday, April 11, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The course, which is provided largely by Conquer Ninja Athletics , is ready to test the limits of Kato's best.

SPRING FASHION SHOW
MANKATO'S NEXT TOP MODEL NAMED

On Fri. Apr. 12 from 7-9 PM, MSU's Fashion and Commercial Photography Club (FCPC) is hosting a Spring fashion show in the CSU Ballroom. This event will not only showcase a variety of spring runway looks, but it will also act as a finale to FCPC's Mankato’s Next Top Model competition.

ORGANIZATIONS ADVOCATE FOR CHANGE

Positive change will be coming to MSU's campus the week of April 22-25. Various organizations on campus will be advocating for how students can make a difference and be the change on some major issues facing all Mavericks.
