Here's your Motivational Monday Minute to get your week started!
Create a morning routine.  When asked, "how do I get motivated," I always talk about creating momentum to "kick start" your day.  Starting with a small action or "movement" that will then lead to other actions.  A good way to do this is to create a morning routine.  These are activities that you do to start your day.  The idea is to do them consistently (i.e., daily) that they become habits (think: "automatic behaviors"). You probably have a morning "routine" of getting up, taking a shower, brushing your teeth, etc.  But what can you add to it to "set the tone for your day?"  A few minutes of meditation or quiet time, perhaps?  A quick workout or stretch to get the blood flowing.  Journaling your thoughts, goals, and intentions for the day.  Create and follow your morning routine and see how your day (or week) improves.
