Staci K. Haines describes resilience as "our innate capacity to renew and to mend after intense, stressful or threatening experiences." As nonprofit staff and volunteers, we need strong resilience to provide effective services to challenged community members and build the momentum for changes that will reduce the underlying causes of the difficulties so many of our neighbors face.

Tap into ways to optimize your self-care based on your personal coping talents with this brief video. For more resources like this, I encourage you to explore the collection of resources on our website.

Learn simple ways to build your list of potential donors as well.

Who should attend? This workshop is geared toward smaller nonprofits (with annual budgets under $200,000).
