it's 5th Anniversary this year!

This site has a link to the landscape map of the butterfly garden, as well as a plant list for the butterfly garden and grounds on site. Many of these selections are on the Oklahoma Proven list. Oklahoma Proven is celebrating it's 20th Anniversary this year! Come visit the garden!

Master Gardener Plant Sale is Saturday, May 11 at our extension office parking lot, starting at 9 am. Tours of the garden will be on the hour and half hour.

OBU Arbor Day Ceremony
April 2nd at 2:00 pm
Activities will be on the West side of the Oval. Mark Bayes, State Forester, will be speaking. Event is open to the pubic! Event parking is located off of MacArthur. A walking tour of the OBU Arboretum will follow the program.

Grass Hay Pricing
Central Oklahoma: Good quality Bermuda grass in 4 X 6 through 5 X 6 bales
mostly 60.00-70.00 per bale, instances to 80.00 per bale. Good quality mixed
grass hay 5 X 5 and 5 X 6 bales 50.00-60.00 per bale. Mixed grass 90.00-
100.00 per ton. Teff grass 5 X 6 bales 100.00 per bale.
Western Oklahoma: Good quality hay grazer 100.00 per ton, few by the bale in
5 X 5 1/2 bales at 85.00. Good quality mixed grass round bales 90.00-110.00 per
ton. Mixed grass 5 X 5 1/2 to 5 X 6 bales 55.00-70.00 per bale. Good quality
Teff grass 5 X 6 bales 100.00 per bale. Good bluestem hay delivered 5 X 5 1/2
bales 75.00-80.00 per bale.
Eastern Oklahoma: Good Bermuda grass 5 X 6 bales 60.00-70.00 per bale, few
loads Bermuda grass delivered 180.00 per ton. Teff grass 5 X 6 bales 100.00
per bale. Mixed grass hay in 4 x 5 bales 55.00-65.00 per bale.
