COSTUME NEWS

Greetings,

We're excited to announce that class costumes will be distributed at the beginning of classes this week! Girls, mothers and female chaperones will use the studio classrooms for fittings. Boys will dress in the restroom. Fathers can assist their daughters in the restroom and/or a teacher can assist students in the classroom. All parents/chaperones may be invited into the classroom after everyone has finished changing for any necessary announcements. If you need to drop off your child for class and cannot stay, no worries. We'll see to it that all of the students are assisted as necessary. 

At home, costumes should be removed from their original packaging and hung up in a closet. Please do not allow children to wear or play in their costume before the big show. And be sure to confirm you have all of the costume accessories stored safely for the big day as well.

If you need help with strap alterations, etc., we'd like to recommend Georgetown Alterations at 116th Street and Allisonville Road, 317.842.8485. We have used them in the past for miscellaneous costume adjustments and have been pleased with their work and prices.

June 8: Dress Rehearsal at NHS (Intermediate, Pre-Teen, Teen & Advanced Classes) - 5:15 p.m. arrival / 6 p.m. start

June 9: Student Productions (Noon, 4p.m., 7 p.m.)

June 11-15: GSTC Stummer Camp (9 a.m.-4 p.m. / Grades K-12) / Required for students auditioning for the 2018-19 Performing Troupe)
