July 28th, 2 019

My work year is coming to an end, and I am getting ready for a lighter teaching schedule for the rest of the summer. I will offer two 3-hour classes in August, on Sunday the 11th and Sunday the 25th at 9 am - 12 noon. They are open to all levels of regular practitioners and will include breathing practice, posture practice, deep relaxation and seated meditation. If you are interested in giving yourself this mini-retreat, simply send me a line at [email protected] and either pay via Zelle using that email, the Cash App or send me a check in the mail. See the address below. The exchange is $40 and your payment secures your spot.

I will also offer private sessions during August if you are interested. Email is always the easiest way to reach me.

My eight weekly classes will take a pause as of August 1st, and will start back up on Thursday the 5th of September. I will be reaching out to you at the end of August, to confirm which class/es you want to be in as we start back up. If you already know that you want to continue in the class/es you are currently in, feel free to send me a line immediately.

At this time my website is unavailable to me as well as to you. I do not know why, but will hopefully have it up and running soon. It's been an ongoing saga since last fall. If you have a question, just send me a line via email.

Along with enjoying summer, family and friends over the next few weeks, I will continue to practice    the  "art of  allowing". Allowing people to be who they are, circumstances to unfold like they do, and to open my arms to life as it is.

I wish you all a wonderful month!

Peace and Love,

Lena

The Lotus Flower

The Lotus is one of the most beautiful flowers in the world. It has its roots in the mud, at the bottom of streams and ponds, but rises to bloom above the water without becoming wet or tainted by the mire below. It symbolically represents being fully grounded in earth, yet aspiring towards the divine. For thousands of years the Lotus has symbolized spiritual growth and self realization.
