  Ministry Highlight

Campus Outreach Charlotte is Celebrating
25 Years of Fruitful Ministry with
Christ Covenant Church

In 1995 a small team of Campus Outreach staff from Augusta, GA moved north to establish Campus Outreach Charlotte as a ministry of Christ Covenant Church. What began as two ministries at UNC-Charlotte and UNC-Greensboro has, by God's grace, become a statewide movement comprised of 60 staff laboring on 11 campuses to reach over 160,000 students in NC with the life-changing message of the gospel.

Many of the students we have seen God raise up through our ministry have become pastors, international missionaries, godly husbands and wives, faithful church members, and employees in the workplace who live out the gospel daily. God has been pleased to multiply the ministry of CO Charlotte through the launch of several new regional movements: Johannesburg in 2001, Lynchburg in 2008, Washington, D.C. in 2010, and Central Florida in 2018.

On April 25, 2020, CO Charlotte will host many former staff, students, and financial partners from over the course of our time here in Charlotte to celebrate all God has done to draw college students to Himself and form them into lifelong spiritual leaders. Please pray with us for the Lord to bless this unique celebration!

We also give thanks for you! None of what has been accomplished by CO Charlotte over the last 25 years of ministry would have been possible without our faithful partnership with Christ Covenant Church. We want to express our deep gratitude for all this church family has made possible! Thank you to all those who have prayed with and for our staff, come alongside our staff and students in mentoring relationships, and given sacrificially to make the work of ministry possible among 18 to 22 year-olds across our state. We are so thankful, and we praise God for each of you!
