The owners of Airport Square 13 in Linthicum Heights were well aware of this when they decided to move forward with the renovation of their 30-year-old building. To help transform the four-story structure into a viable lease option with strong curb appeal, the architect they hired covered the exterior with Dri-Design rainscreen metal wall panels.

AIA Billings Positive For Ninth Consecutive Month
|
Washington, DC - Architecture firm billings slowed in June but remained positive for the ninth consecutive month, according to a new report from the American Institute of Architects (AIA). AIA's Architecture Billings Index (ABI) score for June was 51.3 compared to 52.8 in May, which is positive since any score over 50 represents billings growth. As a result, June's ABI shows that demand for architecture firm services continues to improve across all sectors. More
