The Use of Recycled Materials in Roadways
May 5-29, 2020 | Online Training

This online workshop is designed to meet the educational needs of decision makers, engineers and road administrators considering the use of recycled materials on roadways. Today, many non-traditional waste or by-product materials have found their way into use in roadways. Recycled Tire Rubber has a well-established role in asphalt paving. Plastic, Crushed Portland Cement Concrete, Contaminated Soils, Fly-Ash, Slag, Paper and many other industrial products and Post Consumer materials have found practical uses in paving. This program aims to explain what works and why. The lectures will taught during a four week period with live two hour on-line sessions held on Tuesday, and Thursday of each week.
