Dear Friends,

Happy first Friday of our temporary "new normal." I have been experiencing Social Distancing and Distance Learning as both a Head of School and as a parent. Here are few "Friday thoughts" via a short video:
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Visit Our Distance Learning Page

Please be sure to visit our Distance Learning Page for information on our Distance Learning program. This page is updated frequently and has resources including:

  • Communication and Videos From Our Head of School
  • Key Contacts Who Can Help You
  • Academic Administration Office Hours
  • Distance Learning FAQs
  • Family Resources
  • Distance Learning Expectations
  • Information Pertinent to Each Division

As we venture into this new Distance Learning journey together, we would appreciate your thoughts and feedback on what we are doing well and what we could improve upon. We have created an online survey that asks four questions:

1.  In your experience, is there anything in the Distance Learning program that you think we should  START  doing that we are not currently doing? If so,  WHY ?

2.  In your experience, is there anything in the current Distance Learning program that you think we should  STOP  doing? If so,  WHY?

3.  In your experience, what elements of the Distance Learning program do you think we should  KEEP  doing or  DO MORE  of?

4.  Are there  SPECIFIC QUESTIONS  that you have about our Distance Learning program?

Please Complete An Acknowledgment Form

An acknowledgement of Distance Learning and release from liability form is being emailed to you from the Business Office that details the 3rd party applications (Zoom and Google) that we are using for Distance Learning, how we are using these applications, and our expectations for their responsible use.

These applications conform to COPPA ( The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and we have enabled every safety precaution possible. Nonetheless, we feel it's good practice to share these details with you.

Please review this form and acknowledge that you have received and read it by clicking the check box at the bottom, and clicking "submit."
Fee Refunds
We will be providing refunds for the portion of the meal fee and private transportation fee that won't be used this year due to our suspension of physical operations. The Business Office is emailing a "refund form" directly to you detailing this.

Please review this form, choose how you would like this refund applied, and hit "submit."
Transportation Request Deadline Extended to April 15

The State of New York mandates that public school districts provide transportation to private schools for residents who reside within 15 miles of the private school. If you would like to apply for transportation from your public school, please complete and submit the paperwork to your district.

The deadline for submitting transportation requests has been extended to APRIL 15, 2020.

Please click on the district below that you reside in to access their form.
