Current Bus Families
Fees Due on Monday!
All bus registration fee deadline has been extended to Monday, April 30.
After this date, a $25 late fee will be added to your Sycamore account.
Your priority for bus transportation will go away on Tuesday, May 1, and new families will have the opportunity to possibly take your spot on the bus.
If you have turned in your paperwork, your Sycamore account has been charged.
- Log into Sycamore account on a computer. You are not able to pay from the Sycamore app.
- Select My Accounting on the left side of the page.
- Select Summary.
- You will see an invoice titled "2017-18 School Family Payment Account" with an amount of $325. This IS your bus fee for 2018-19. The system doesn't allow us to charge for next year.
- If you have a payment method saved in Sycamore, there will be a green button to make your payment. Otherwise, you will need to add a credit card (2.25 % charge) or your checking account routing number (no charge).

News from Mrs. Sims
"
Godspell Jr" was a special blessing this week! I hope that everyone gets a chance to attend this musical production because it will make your day and move you to tears. It makes me so proud to see our students step outside of their comfort zone and commit to excellence. It takes courage, dedication and heart to be a part of such a production. Congratulations to the cast, crew, Mrs. Moth, and all of the parent volunteers who worked so hard to make this happen.
On behalf of the SMM school staff, I want to wish our second graders blessings as they experience their First Holy Communion celebrations this Saturday. It has been a
wonderful year of learning about our faith and growing in spirituality. Please pray for these children and their families.
Lastly, even as we focus on ending this school year on a positive note, we begin to plan for the next school year. One such thing we do is start working on the possible homeroom lists. Please know that the appropriate placement for your child is very important to the school administration. The class lists begin with this year's homeroom teachers and then go through multiple revisions as they are reviewed by support staff, special area teachers, and the school administration. For many reasons, it is not our policy that parents are able to request a certain homeroom teacher. Parents who have specific academic and social concerns for their child may submit them in writing to one of the school administrators.
May God Bless You and Your Family,
Wendy Sims

Dear Parents,
I just wanted to share a valuable resource sent recently from the archdiocese. It explores the next social platform, FINSTA in which most teens and tweens will be using instead of Instagram and Twitter. Please read this article and open a dialogue with your children on the safety issues associated with this social media.
