Her sequences have a creative, dance-like fluidity with a focus on building strength and increasing flexibility. In her free time, Michelle enjoys walking along the ocean, hiking in the trees, surfing, going to barre at BodyFit, nutrition-based cooking and spending time with the loves in her life.
**Michelle teaches on Mondays at 9:15 a.m., Tuesdays at 8:00 a.m., and Sundays at 8:15 a.m.
Her Yoga classes will resume on Sunday, August 13th after she returns from vacation!
