Newest Class Descriptions Posted! 
You all have been on FIRE this summer! We are loving your energy in the new classes and are having so much fun in the new Studio2 space. After two weeks of instructing our new classes we are getting into a strong rhythm, and we're excited to announce the class descriptions are posted for our three new group classes offered in Studio1: AlignFit, Pilates Flow, and Yoga. 

If you haven't had a chance to make it into one of the new classes, check out the descriptions then get your bootys in to try them out!

Our BodyFit Team Keeps Getting Better!

We hope you've had the chance to welcome BodyFit's newest instructors to the studio...but if you haven't...well, come in and meet them! We're thrilled to have Maddy and Michelle as part of the BodyFit family, and are so impressed by the Yoga classes they have been leading in Studio1. They've shared their bios to introduce themselves to you all, and can't wait for you to come in and try their classes!**
Hello Michelle!
Michelle's love affair with the practice of yoga began in 2007 when she was seeking more presence and calm from her overly anxious mind during college. Ever since, yoga has been her salve for times of stress, heartbreak and seeking more clarity in life. She has over 400 hours of Vinyasa and Restorative yoga training. 
Her sequences have a creative, dance-like fluidity with a focus on building strength and increasing flexibility. In her free time, Michelle enjoys walking along the ocean, hiking in the trees, surfing, going to barre at BodyFit, nutrition-based cooking and spending time with the loves in her life.

**Michelle teaches on Mondays at 9:15 a.m., Tuesdays at 8:00 a.m., and Sundays at 8:15 a.m. Her Yoga classes will resume on Sunday, August 13th after she returns from vacation! 
  Hey Maddy!
Maddy initially was initially drawn to yoga for the physical challenge of the practice, but stayed for the mental clarity she felt after each class. Practicing for nearly a decade, yoga has become an integral part of her life and she currently holds over 300 hours of study in yoga and related movement modalities.
She also has formal training in anatomy and physiology through Cabrillo College and UC Santa Barbara. In each class, Maddy weaves breathwork, physical postures, philosophy, and meditation in order to leave her students feeling spacious and radiant.

**Maddy teaches Yoga on Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m. Maddy's classes will resume on Wednesday, August 16th after she returns from vacation!
