Donald E. Fennoy II, Ed.D., Sworn in as Palm Beach County's 26th Superintendent of Schools
It was a series of firsts last Wednesday for
Superintendent Donald E. Fennoy II: his first time on the dais at his first School Board meeting as Superintendent; his official swearing-in as Palm Beach County's first African-American Superintendent; his first appearance before hundreds of School District employees and community leaders as the chief executive of the nation's 10th largest school district.
"Now it's time to go to work," Dr. Fennoy said as he took his place on the dais. "I'm excited, and thank you again for everything. To my family and to my son and everyone, just thank you."
