The following information was received from the Kentucky Retail Federation
Member Alert: Public-facing businesses exempted from closure order must post signage stopping people from entering if sick

If your public-facing business is on the exempted businesses that can stay open, you must post signage telling people if they are sick or have been sick, they cannot come in. The executive order is at  https://governor.ky.gov/attachments/20200317_Order_Public-Facing-Businesses.pdf  The suggested signs are printed in  English  and  Spanish .

As a reminder, Gov. Beshear also issued an executive order to prohibit price gouging. He is asking Attorney General Daniel Cameron to enforce the price-gouging laws. That executive order can be found  here .
