Accommodations in/near Traverse City
  
 
**Please note that there is also a soccer tournament in Traverse City the weekend of May 17th so lodging in the area is limited.
 
A block of rooms has been set aside at the following locations:

Days Inn, & Suites, 1870 N US 31, Traverse City.  They can be reached at (231)938-1887. Nightly rate is $189.00 + tax. You must say you are with the Presbytery of Mackinac and book your room by Wednesday, April 17th t o get this rate.  If you would like a lower level room, please request one at the time of reservation.

 
 

Baymont Inn, & Suites, 2326 N US 31 South, Traverse City. They can be reached at (231)933-4454. Nightly rate is $230.35 + tax. You must say you are with the Presbytery of Mackinac and book your room by Wednesday, May 1st to get this rate. If you would like a lower level room, please request one at the time of reservation.  
 



Lodge (Located on private property of two Presbyterian Church  congregation members), 14068 Bay View Ave (Old Mission Peninsula), Traverse City. There is NO COST for this Lodge. There are a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Restaurant's are also within 3 miles from the residence. To reserve a room at the Lodge, please contact The Presbyterian Church at (231)946-5680.




All Seasons Hotel, 760 South Cedar Street, Kalkaska. They can be reached at (231)258-0000. Nightly rate is $150.00 + tax. You must say you are with the Presbytery of Mackinac and book your room by Wednesday, May 10th to get this rate. If you would like a lower level room, please request one at the time of reservation.

Expenses 

Commissioners & Pastors:
 
Please seek travel and lodging reimbursement from your church.  

Grants for lodging are available for 1/2 of the cost of the room, up to $35.  

Guests:   

Guests are welcome and encouraged to attend and are asked to make a donation towards the cost of the meal. Guests should also register online.
